Ingredients(healthy detox)

  • 2 Kiwi fruits, diced (leave the peel on for extra nutrients and fibre)
  • 1 Apple, cored and diced
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Handful/cup fresh spinach (or other preferred leafy green), washed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Cup water

Direction

Pour water in blender first as base, and then add in all other ingredients. Blend for about 10 – 15 seconds till smooth. Your green smoothie is ready. Serve chilled!
